Week 3 call recording & practices

Do the trauma self healing and resourcing in goodness meditation back to back at least once this week (you'll need 55minutes). I encourage you to do it twice though if you can create the time/space or if you felt super resistant or numb the first time. Continue the shorter jade egg practices from previous weeks as usual.
